Brass Coil

Bronze Coil

Bronze is the earliest alloy in the history of metal smelting. It is an alloy of tin or lead added to pure copper. Compared with pure copper, bronze has high strength and low melting point. Bronze has the characteristics of low melting point, high hardness, strong plasticity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, bright color, etc. It is suitable for casting various instruments, mechanical parts, bearings, gears, etc.

Phosphor bronze is a type of bronze with tin and phosphorus as the main alloying elements. Contains 2 to 8% tin, 0.1 to 0.4% phosphorus, and the balance is copper. It is mainly used as an abradable part and an elastic element in the industry. Plates and strips are used for electronic and electrical device springs, switches, lead frames, connectors, vibrating plates, bellows, fuse clips, bushings, etc., especially for springs that require high performance flexibility. Castings are used in gears, worm gears, bearings, bushings, sleeves, blades, and other general mechanical components.
